Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. A package-opening(unboxing) video is mandatory for all return requests. Return claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. For COD orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or UPI.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-stitched blouses, sale items, and items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange

We happily offer exchanges for different sizes or designs subject to availability. Exchange shipping is free for your first request.

We collect your name, email, phone number, and delivery address when you place an order. We may also collect browsing data to improve your experience on our website.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Custom orders may take 5–7 additional days for preparation.

Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days across India. Express delivery (2–3 days) is available in major cities at an additional charge.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on orders above ₹2,999. Orders below ₹2,999 incur a flat shipping charge of ₹99. Express shipping is ₹199 extra.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available pan India. A COD handling fee of ₹49 applies. COD is not available for orders above ₹15,000.

Tracking

You will receive an SMS and WhatsApp message with your tracking number once your order is dispatched. Use our Track Order page for live updates.

International Shipping

We currently ship to UAE, USA, UK, Canada, and Australia. International shipping takes 10–15 business days. Customs duties are borne by the customer.
